Refunds & Returns

Shipping

All orders include our standard free worldwide shipping. 

US customers will receive their PawHarness from UPS & FEDEX while UK customers will recieve theirs from Royal Mail or Yodel.

Worldwide we try our best to use the most reliable courier services available to us. 

Our communications team is based in Europe, UK along with one of our dispatch centre, our other dispatch centre is based in Eastern Asia. Depending on your location and current stock levels we dispatched from either facility. This is to reduce processing and shipping delays while shipping globally. 

All orders are expertly personalized, prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days. We offer free shipping worldwide and the typical delivery time frame is between 6-10 business days. Depending on your location, you may receive your harness much earlier.
