SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking provided. We and your experience to be simple and efficient, just the way we like it.

SHIPPING TIMES ESTIMATES
Shipping time varies by location. These are our current estimates:

USA: 6 Business days 

Canada: 7 Business days

Europe: 8 Business days 

Australia: 6 Business Days

New Zealand:  7  Business days 

Mexico, Central America, South America: 8+ Business days

Other Countries: 10+ Business Days

This does not include our processing times, detailed below.

PROCESSING TIMES

Non personalized product take 2-4 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out, while personalized products may take longer.  We do not ship or process orders on weekends and holidays.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking numbers are active within 1 day of processing but can take up to 5 days to show data due to logistics processing.

If you haven’t received a tracking number or if the one you have received doesn’t work, contact us for a replacement.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@Purrfect.cat right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 24 hours of a ‘Delivered’ status*
